Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Jailyn Mozingo, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at the University of Southern Mississippi. I created this website to share my journey toward becoming an elementary school teacher, highlght my experiences, and provide a glimpse into the goals I have for my future.

Education has always been important to me because I believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I enjoy working with children and helping them build confidence as they develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Watching students overcome challenges and celebrate their accomplishments reminds me why I chose this career path.

I currently work as a Teacher Assistant with the Wayne County School District, where I have the opportunity to work alongside experienced educators while gaining valuable classroom experience. Every day allows me to strengthen my communication, leadership, and instructional skills while building meaningful relationships with students. This experience has reinforced my passion for teaching and has prepared me for the responsibilities I will have as a classroom teacher.
